The Undergraduate Consulting Conference (UCC) is SCC’s annual flagship conference that brings together the brightest prospective candidates from across Canada. Students and firms will interact throughout 3 engaging days to educate and enable the success of future leaders.

Through UCC's lineup of influential keynotes, hands-on workshops, design-thinking challenge, and engaging panels, delegates and case competitors will have the opportunity to gain the necessary skills and resources to pursue a career in consulting. The first place team will win a $1,000 cash prize!

UCC offers an unparalleled experience for attendees to network with representatives from diverse consulting firms across the industry through Career Fair and Networking sessions. All attendees will leave equipped with the knowledge and tools to pursue a career in consulting while forming new connections throughout the event.

STRUCTURE


WORKSHOPS
UCC will provide attendees the opportunity to enhance their skills through specialized panels and workshops held by firms. The value-packed intimate sessions of UCC will create a long-lasting impact on attendees through early introductions to firm-specific problem-solving frameworks during workshops.

NETWORKING
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of firms through Networking sessions, interactive Workshops, and the Career Fair. Students will interact with industry professionals and gain personalized insight into consulting, and gain exposure to future opportunities.

UCC 2022 will also include a networking session for delegates on the third day of the conference, Nov 11, to meet like-minded students across Canada along with industry representatives and form new connections.

CONFERENCE
Competitors will enhance their problem-solving and critical thinking skills by navigating a complex case in 48 hours. The pressure tank will challenge competitors to distill their visionary ideas and strategies into actionable solutions, and present their solutions to top consultants in the industry.
The top teams will have an invaluable experience to gain personal feedback on their solutions from top consultants. Thank you to McKinsey & Company who is our sponsor of the case competition and will be judging the final round.
